chardonnayA New Name!

We are proud to announce our new name, Working Dog Winery!

For those who have been to our vineyard, you have almost certainly been greeted by one of our faithful 4-legged companions though the years. In honor of these hard-working good-natured best friends, we are pleased to introduce our new name! Come visit us soon and often as we introduce our new Working Dog labels!

Same great wines from the Garden State

Nestled in the rolling terrain of Mercer County, New Jersey, Working Dog Winery was founded in 2001 to create high quality wines that celebrate the Garden State.  At Working Dog, we believe the unique terroir of central New Jersey produces grapes with distinct flavor characteristics capable of making exciting wines.  The fruits of our labor are hand crafted into rich and full-bodied wines. We welcome you to explore our site to learn more about Working Dog Winery.

Tasting is believing

You can experience the quality of our wines first-hand and enjoy a tour of our vineyard by visiting our winery.  Already know what you're looking for?  Our wines are available at select New Jersey restaurants and fine wine shops too!

Take a look at our tasting notes section to learn more about each wine, and how to pair them with food. Want to hear it straight from the winemaker? Follow this link for videos of Mark explaining how to sample wine, what to look for, and how to make the right choice for your meal.
